Hiring: New Business Specialist (NBS)

Role: Mission, Outcomes, Competencies, Requirements

Mission:

To offer essential support and service for Insurance & Annuity Products to Jucebox Partners and Career Agents, guiding them through pre-application requirements up to suitability approval. The NBS provides specialized assistance in Insurance Case Design, Insurance Product Illustrations, and Insurance Application Review Support. With a comprehensive understanding of product intricacies, functionality, and purpose, the NBS aids agents in Basic and Intermediate Case Design and crafting specific product illustrations and applications. By collaborating with agents, the NBS assists in pinpointing and tailoring product solutions to address individual client needs. This tailored approach ensures alignment between the product and the client's financial profile, circumstances, and objectives. By fostering clarity regarding the problem, the NBS, in tandem with agents, delivers meaningful solutions to clients. Once the appropriate solution is identified, the NBS crafts product-specific illustrations, considering the client's financial situation, assets, and goals to provide the necessary solution and retirement outcomes. Additionally, the NBS facilitates successful application submissions and supports the suitability process, thereby empowering agents to submit more applications and close more business deals.

Outcomes:

  • Maintain a complete understanding of all company tools that apply to the NBS Role.

  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of the Jucebox Client Service Programs and how they relate to Agent Services.

  • Maintain general Insurance Industry Knowledge

  • Stay informed about changes, challenges, and developments within New Business and Carrier specific Operations.

  • Own your development by self-accountability.

  • Master New Business Support Systems and Processes for ALL Carriers

  • Master Basic Case Design Systems and Processes to own Tier 1 Agent Case Design Support

  • Maintain the success and satisfaction of Jucebox Clients and Agents by providing Superior Support

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in customer service or closely related field (Helpful)

  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and logistics

  • Well-organized, detail oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills and superior communication

  • Ability to learn at a high rate and hungry for more knowledge

  • Able to research information and develop competencies alone then apply them quickly and accurately

  • Reliable, Fast Internet Connection with a Modern Computer

    • Computer

      • less than 3 years old 

      • With Video Camera for meetings

      • With Audio for Communication and Meetings

    • High Speed internet with AVG Speeds above 10 MB/s or higher

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent at solving problems and being always resourceful (alone and with other people)

  • Must be fully available and able to complete work during US Central Time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT
