To provide meaningful managerial and logistical support to the Executive Team through effective communication, calendar management, documentation, and task execution enabling the Executives and allowing the business to run smoother, and help the company grow and develop as a result. Operating independently and with minimal oversight, you will be responsible for utilizing effective communication, calendar management, documentation, and personal task ownership to empower the Executives. As a result, the Executives are able to spend more time in their zone of genius because of the optimized workweek and task flow you helped manage and create.
Develop a complete understanding of how the business functions (Marketing> Sales > Service)
Drive Executive Efficiency through resourcefulness and task management
Manage Executive Calendars
Create Company Documentation for both one off projects and repeated tasks
Take on Business Admin Tasks to Free Up Executives Time
Take on Personal Admin Tasks to Free Up Executives Time

Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, secretary, or other related fields
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Reliable, Fast Internet Connection with a Modern Computer
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent at solving problems (alone and with other people)
Available to work locally in Nashville, TN both during the traditional work day (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) AND outside of normal business hours from time to time as needed.
Must have reliable Transportation
